I’m Blessing Christianah Akintayo, a Nigerian-trained registered nurse with a deep passion for career development and professional growth in nursing. My journey in healthcare has been both rewarding and inspiring, and I’m here to share my experiences, insights, and guidance with you.

In 2019, I moved to the United Kingdom to pursue my career as a Band 5 theatre nurse. Through dedication and continuous learning, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Perioperative Practice from the University of Derby in 2022. My commitment to excellence and leadership led to a Band 6 promotion within two years, and by 2024, I had advanced to the role of Band 7 theatre manager.

Beyond my career progression, I am deeply committed to helping other nurses achieve success. Over the years, I have personally helped over 100 nurses relocate abroad and advance in their careers. Additionally, thousands of nurses worldwide have benefited from my work—whether through my mentorship, guidance, or the resources I share.
